Floor sawing is usually used to cut concrete slabs, bridges, car parks and roads. Diamond floor sawing is an effective way to facilitate the formation of expansion joints or to remove structural sections. We are able to cut depths of around 600mm or more if required.

Wall chasing is when hand held equipment with attached diamond blades are used. The blades are selected specifically for whatever material is being cut. The way it works is simple: Pistons are mounted within lightweight frames that are placed over the exposed edge of the structure being removed. Then, the pistons are forced inwards using hydraulic pressure, which in turn crushes the concrete into rubble. This method is popular because it is non-percussive and therefore it eliminates any vibrations. It’s also dust free, uses no water, and operates silently.

Concrete busting is an effective method of controlled demolition used to remove sections of concrete. By placing bursting heads in pre-drilled holes, we are able to expand these holes using hydraulic pressure to produce cracks, effectively splitting the structure into smaller sections for removal. This method is very safe and efficient, and is dust free, as well as very quiet.
